Throughout our time working with clients, we’ve learned that the definition of success varies across organizations. A timeline depends on your metrics or what success means to your business, in addition to how you currently rank and your site’s age.For example:

  • If you’re looking to boost your ROI, it could take up to a year, depending on your current SEO equity and how your business measures up to the competition for core/main keywords.
  • If you’re talking about improving metrics like keyword ranking growth, site performance, and content creation growth, you should start seeing movement within the first six months.

Our goal is to become part of your team. While this varies and looks different across clients, communication usually encompasses the following:

  • A dedicated Big Leap client success manager is assigned to your account. This individual will discuss your goals and campaigns and bring in other relevant Big Leap team members (e.g., SEO or PPC specialists or content strategists).
  • Weekly emails and dedicated calls to review projects and initiatives
  • Monthly reporting on KPIs and strategies on how to move forward based on those metrics

We understand that needs and communication styles vary and do our best to honor that. As we have initial and ongoing discussions, we’re open to incorporating other communication strategies to create a better partnership.

Big Leap has executed and achieved results for a wide variety of industries. Our roster includes clients in the home services, multi-location/franchise, eCommerce, technology/SaaS, professional services, and more. We do not work with websites in the gambling or adult industries spaces.

Content creation begins by understanding your brand and objectives. The brand component includes compiling the following:

  • Brand voice guides

Next comes objectives. If improving SEO is the objective, we combine the knowledge from Step 1 with data gathered through various audits/analyses to identify areas of opportunity.

Big Leap will present content topics to your team. We base these topics on your goals, SERP and audience understanding, content positions, and optimization strategies. We go into production as soon as you approve the topics.

The minimum requirements of what we would need from your team include:

  • A dedicated point person on your team
  • The ability to either do a weekly (or bi-weekly) 30-minute sync or weekly project approvals and feedback

We also have relationships where the partner/client writes their content. In these cases, we have much more cross-over and communication.

Overall, it’s up to you. Every client has expectations and limitations regarding involvement level. We’ll get on the same page by discussing this during our initial conversations.
